Welcome to the home of the TOPP Trail, a unique recreation attraction in South-Central Pennsylvania.

The TOPP Trail is owned and managed by the The Bedford Fulton Joint Recreation Authority (BFJRA) , which has a mandate to support and encourage outdoor recreation such as hiking, biking, running, wheelchair touring, and other non-motorized activities. The BFJRA partners with agencies including the PA Department of Conservation & Natural Resources, the PA Game Commission,  PA Turnpike Commission, PA Department of Transportation, PA State Police and various Bedford and Fulton County agencies on funding, maintenance, and enforcement.

Use of the TOPP Trail by groups of more than 30 individuals or for any commercial purpose requires BFJRA approval.
